Step 1:  Simply pump the Vital Sinus nasal sprayer 3 to 5 times to prime. Hold the bottle in an upright position, place the tip of the nozzle just inside the nostril spray two or three times while sniffing deeply to get the solution into the sinus cavity.  If needed, you may also hold one nostril closed while inhaling the spray to help the solution reach further into the nasal passages.

Step 2:  Use 3 or more times daily, or every 20 minutes as needed. 

Step 3:  Continue use for up to 10 days to prevent recurrence of nasal discomfort.  Depending upon the level of sensitivity, the solution may sting upon contact. This is a normal response when non-saline water is injected into the nasal cavity, the sensation will subside when the ph balances.

Suggested Protocol for CHRONIC CONDITIONS:

Step 1: Using a neti pot, prepare the saline water with distilled water according to instructions (do not use tap water), add 1 tsp. of Vital Silver Minerals.

Step 2: Use the neti pot solution in the morning and evening. 

Step 3: Gently blow your nose when finished to remove excess moisture from the sinus cavity, creating a clear breathing pathway into the lungs.  The netti pot solution gently removes excess mucus, promoting clear sinuses.

Step 4:  Between the morning and evening neti pot applications use the SilverSinus Spray every 30 minutes.
